Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers.
- Providing client sales proposals.
- Developing and working monthly sales plan.
- Proactively identify Request for Quotations (RFQs) from clients.
- Technical knowledge of engineering-related products.
- Conduct lead generation.
- Lead the bid/tender process.
- Develop strategies to retain & attract customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Work closely with logistics and customs teams.
- Identify opportunities for smart sourcing to optimize costs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical engineering)
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales or account management role.
- Knowledge of middle east markets.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Exceptional Communication skills
