Key Accounts Executive/sales Engineer

 

Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers.
  • Providing client sales proposals.
  • Developing and working monthly sales plan.
  • Proactively identify Request for Quotations (RFQs) from clients.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering-related products.
  • Conduct lead generation.
  • Lead the bid/tender process.
  • Develop strategies to retain & attract customers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Work closely with logistics and customs teams.
  • Identify opportunities for smart sourcing to optimize costs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical engineering)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales or account management role.
  • Knowledge of middle east markets.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Exceptional Communication skills
