Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager/Sales Associate with prior expertise in selling websites, web development services, or related products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development basics, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients for web development services.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging web technologies.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Communicate technical requirements and feedback between the client and the team.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in selling websites or web development services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and its integration with web development.
- Experience working in a digital agency or tech-related field.
- Basic understanding of web development concepts, such as CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
