Key Account Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager/Sales Associate with prior expertise in selling websites, web development services, or related products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development basics, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for web development services.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging web technologies.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Communicate technical requirements and feedback between the client and the team.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in selling websites or web development services.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and its integration with web development.
  • Experience working in a digital agency or tech-related field.
  • Basic understanding of web development concepts, such as CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
