Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and the on-time delivery of services. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients and senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance and discuss future plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of account management and client relationship principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
