MedIQ Smart Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Key Account Executive to manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key corporate clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address client issues and service requests.
- Analyze client data and prepare detailed reports using Excel to track account performance.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and claims processing.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand service offerings for existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends and policies to support client accounts effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively.
- A team player with excellent organizational skills.
