Key Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Key Customer Invoicing dispatch
• Documentation & payment follow-up.
• Assistance in the preparation of Tender documents
• Response to customer emails
• Preparation of Booking notes for Export shipments.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Executive in the logistics industry for 1-2 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• A proactive approach, passionate about delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships.
