Description:
We are hiring for the position of "Junior Video Editor"
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in editing video footage, including cutting, arranging, and enhancing clips to create compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand project goals, timelines, and requirements.
- Add graphics, titles, and audio enhancements to videos as needed.
- Review and incorporate feedback from senior editors and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to enhance skills and production quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
