Junior Specialist Power Deployment

Description:

TAWAL Pakistan is seeking a Junior Specialist Power Deployment for Karachi and Lahore, to be hired on a contract basis for a period of six months. The role focuses on overseeing power infrastructure activities, including installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of various power systems (DG, CP, DC, solar, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, vendor management, HSE compliance, and daily progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of power systems (DG, CP, DC, solar, etc.)
• Supervise sites and ensure smooth project execution
• Manage vendors and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Ensure HSE compliance across the deployment activities
• Provide daily progress reports to stakeholders
• Travel to sites as needed

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of field experience in the telecom sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics
• Strong team leadership, vendor management, and SOP development skills
• Flexibility for site travel and strong communication skills
