Junior Software Project Manager

Description:

Hydery Ltd is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in project management to develop their skills and contribute to exciting projects in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of senior project managers.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

- Maintain project documentation and track progress using project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, and Monday.com.

- Support the identification and resolution of project risks and issues.

- Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Contribute to process improvements and assist in project evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Up to 6 months of experience in project management is preferred, but not compulsory.

- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including ClickUp, Jira, and Monday.com.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
