With a presence in Pakistan, USA, and the UK, we focus on capacity building, financial management, and business planning. We are looking for a creative and proactive individual to manage our social media presence and enhance our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Design and schedule engaging posts, stories, and videos for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends and provide insights to improve engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments and messages, fostering a strong online presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Performance Analysis: Track social media metrics, analyze data, and suggest strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, with an understanding of emerging channels.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong writing skills with a creative approach to storytelling.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in the evolving digital landscape.
