Junior Site Reliability Engineer

Description:

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

· AWS Services

· Docker containers

· Relational databases (e.g. MySQL)

· Version control systems (e.g. GitHub)

· Automated build and deployment systems (e.g. Jenkins, AWS Codebuild)

· Basic Python scripting

· Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills (English)

Desirable Skills and Experience

· Terraform or other IaC technology

· Managing and troubleshooting Java applications

· Performing security audits and penetration testing on internal and external systems

· Task management with JIRA

Education

· Must be AWS certified associate or professional.

· Bachelors or Masters in relevant field.

Experience

· Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills (English)

· Experience working with geographically distributed teams
