Junior Sales Coordinator

IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a Junior Sales Coordinator to work in our sales department.

Our ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, smart, driven and a go getter. They have a keen interest in sales and are an extrovert who loves speaking to new people, understanding their needs and requirements and recommending the best solutions for their business.

MAIN JOB DUTIES:

• Assist with sales activities i.e., lead generation, and proposal creation.
• Bidding on potential campaigns and projects.
• Manage the sales channels.
• Client rapport development.
• Respond to sales inquiries.

SKILLS PREFERRED:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in communication, marketing, or business.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English Language.
• Good understanding of sales i.e., lead generation, bidding, client negotiations, etc. (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of call center and BPO terminologies i.e., VOIP, Customer Support, Agent, QA, etc.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good problem-solving skills.
