Intelgency IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Junior IT Project Manager to join our team. As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will assist in managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

1. Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.

2. Develop and maintain project documentation.

3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, etc.).

4. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks.

5. Ensure project deliverables meet quality and customer expectations.

6. Creating and scheduling social media content.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

1. Communicate project status, plans, and changes to stakeholders.

2. Facilitate meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes.

3. Build relationships with team members, vendors, and clients.

Process Improvement

1. Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes.

2. Implement project management best practices and standards.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or in any related field.

Experience:

6 months to 1 year of experience in IT project management or related roles and marketing.
