Junior Project Manager

Arc Inventador are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in project management and gain hands-on experience working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, QA) to ensure timely task completion.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior managers and clients.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Help identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Maintain clear communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or junior project management.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
