We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile application projects. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of mobile application projects from inception to delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Support the testing and quality assurance process to ensure applications meet functional and technical requirements.
- Assist in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in mobile application development and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Basic understanding of mobile application development processes and lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
