Digital Graphiks is a leading software agency seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of our software development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee software development project activities throughout all project phases, adhering to project management principles and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Assist in resource allocation, task delegation, and workload management to ensure efficient project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and information sharing among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Implement and maintain project management tools and systems to monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and address any issues or risks.
- Proactively identify project scope changes, risks, and challenges, and develop appropriate contingency plans.
- Support the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies within the team.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates on project milestones, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, project management techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project coordination and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (BSSE) or Computer Science (BSCS), or a related field.
- Proven 6 months - 1 year hands-on experience with project management tools and software.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience working with software agencies or in a similar environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
