What You’ll Do:
💻 Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics modules (ERP, CRM, etc.)
🛠️ Provide end-user support and resolve Dynamics system issues
📊 Assist in project implementations, testing, and data migration
📚 Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Finance, Operations)
✅ Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Power Automate is a plus
✅ 6 months to 1 year of experience in ERP/CRM systems (Certifications like MB-910, MB-920 are a bonus!)
