We are looking Application Support & Implementation Engineer/Executive who will work with implementation team of SmartHCM

Job Description

· Gather client requirements and data, communicate to the team, documentation,

Project plan and deliver the project to the client.

· Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).

· Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through email/zoom/WhatsApp as well.

· Ability of interacting with international clients.

Skills Required

· Knowledge of Business Applications HCM is preferable

· Good expertise in SQL

· Good expertise in MS Excel

· Basic knowledge of MS Project

· Basic knowledge of IIS

· Expertise of installing and configuring Oracle 19c

Experience Required

· Minimum two years experiences of relevant field

Education

· IT Graduate
