Junior Hr Executive

Description:

Patch Pro Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of custom patches, including embroidered, chenille, PVC, leather, sublimation, and more. As our company grows, we are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support our HR operations and help manage our expanding workforce.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviews

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Support payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking

Address employee concerns and provide HR-related assistance

Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Coordinate training and development programs

Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in HR roles (fresh graduates with HR internships are encouraged to apply)

Knowledge of HR functions, recruitment, and labor laws

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
