Junior Hr Coordinator

 

Description:

The Junior HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing all HR documentation and processes, overseeing the onboarding of new employees, and addressing employee queries related to the Company’s HR policies and procedures. This role ensures smooth HR operations and effective communication with the staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all HR documentation, including employment contracts, benefits, and compliance forms.
  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing employee training, meetings, and HR-related events.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure all HR-related matters are addressed efficiently.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Energetic and proactive, with a readiness to take on new tasks and challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A serious commitment to pursuing a long-term career in HR.
