Junior Full Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled software engineer for S&P Global Market Intelligence. This developer would help us to accelerate our Metals and Mining Transition work.

The Impact: As a Senior Software Developer, you will be part of the development team that manages and supports the Internal applications that are supporting Metals and Mining Dataset.

Responsibilities
 

• Solve problems, analyze, and isolate issues
• Build solutions to develop/support key business needs

Basic Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:
 

• Bachelor's / master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 2 years of significant experience in web development.
• Programming Languages and Libraries: C#, ASP .NET MVC, .NET Core, Docker, Java Script, jQuery, Typescript, HTML/XHTML, CSS3, Front End Web Development
• Interface Protocols & Standards: HTTP, JSON, XML, Restful Services, MS Web API
• Frameworks and Patterns: SPA Framework, Entity Framework, WCF, MVVM, MVP
• Experience of ReactJS.
• Experience of Power BI will be a plus.
• Databases: SQL Server, proficient in writing complex and performant stored procedures.
• Operating Systems: Windows
• Processes: Scaled Agile Framework, Software Engineering, Object-Oriented Software, Design Patterns, Agile Development, Cross-browser Compatibility
• Ability to resolve complex issues through various techniques, including testing, debugging, and profiling.
