Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in exploring educational options and career pathways
- Guide students through the college application process, including essay preparation and application submission
- Provide personalized guidance on college admissions, application processes, and scholarship opportunities
- Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students and parents about various academic programs and opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with educational institutions and professionals to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior counselors to develop effective counselling strategies and educational resources
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- High School Alevel's accepted for paid internships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
