Description:

North Face Adventure is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent client interaction abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. As a CSR, you will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Provide strong client interaction to maintain customer satisfaction and build relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic reporting).
  • Good client interaction skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
