As a Business/Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR) you'll be responsible for bringing more new leads to our agency. You'll be the driving force of the sales team, being responsible for generating sales leads for both European and North American markets.

 

This is an amazing opportunity to come in and work with a very young team - average age 28 - to develop and execute a lead generation strategy for increasing the revenue of our agency. You will have the opportunity to learn a lot about sales, marketing, and the world of startups in general.

Your role will mainly be a BDR/SDR function. As we are a small team, you will be exposed to every part of the sales process and you will have the opportunity to work on sales pipelines from day 1.

The company supports selected partner companies in growing on e-marketplace channels: among our clients are large companies, making already millions on Amazon, as well as small and medium-sized businesses, which we support by launching their products from scratch and turning them into best-sellers.

Based in the United States, and with European branches in Italy and Kosovo, we have active projects in over 7 countries around the world and we are now aiming to expand further.

What Will You Do

  • Generate new opportunities for the sales team, through market analysis, segmentation and prospecting of different target customers;
  • Use LinkedIn and other industry-specific platforms to prepare lists of potential customers to contact via email and other marketing techniques;
  • Manage the entire lead generation process, from collecting contact data to sending the first email;
  • Working collaboratively with other Sales Representatives within the Team to grow pipelines;
  • Support the team in identifying companies already active on the Amazon marketplace, with possible areas of improvement and potential for expansion into foreign markets.
