Junior Associate Media Management

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our Association & work with some of the most renowned Steel Manufacturers in Pakistan. The Junior Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and optimization of media campaigns, as well as online & Offline communications for PALSP. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in media management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the implementation and management of media campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.

· Collaborate with PALSP members to ensure seamless execution of campaign objectives and deliverables.

· Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve the Association’s goals.

· Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to inform media planning and decision-making.

· Support the creation and presentation of proposals, presentations, and post-campaign reports.

· Maintain organized documentation of media plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure accuracy and accountability.

· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

· Draft press releases & conduct research assignments within the Steel Sector both Domestic & International.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.

· Previous internship or relevant work experience in media planning, digital marketing, PR or advertising is preferred.
