The Junior Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop their sales skills, and grow within the company

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to generate leads and acquire new customers.
  • Contact prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients for senior business development staff.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on prospects.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on strategies and processes.
  • Assist in the analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall company goals.

Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
