RTS GLOBAL SERVICES is a startup firm with great potential. We are growing and in search for a Jr. Business Development Executive for making Outbound calls and for handling inbound calls in United States with job timing starting from 6pm - 3am (Night Shift). This job comes with great responsibility so I am looking for someone professional and responsible. The job is about getting known and winning new clients. Fluency in speaking English is a must for this position. Effective communication is a must. We encourage freshers to apply and anyone with a minimum of 6 Months of call center experience!

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to make outbound calls to companies in USA & Canada.
• You should also be able to handle queries and answer them on social media platforms and on website.
• Posting of any new company posts on different groups on Facebook concerning the USA.
• Fine writing skills are required for preparation for content or sending emails.
• Should be able to compile all data and submit it on a CRM.
• Should be a very professional and trustworthy individual.
• Effective English communication skill is a must.
• English Listening and speaking skills should be very good.
• Winning new potential business for our clients.
