We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Business Development to join our team. The candidate will specialize in managing and growing our presence on freelance platforms. This role offers hands on experience in business development, client engagement, and freelancing platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management
- Create and optimize gigs/proposals on Fiverr and Upwork to attract potential clients.
- Actively search for and apply to relevant job postings on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Maintain and update the company’s LinkedIn profile to enhance visibility and credibility.
Client Outreach
- Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients across platforms.
- Respond to inquiries and messages promptly to ensure excellent customer service.
- Utilize LinkedIn to connect with target audiences and generate leads.
Market Research
- Analyze trends and competitors on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn to improve service offerings.
- Identify new niches and opportunities for growth on freelancing platforms.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on platform performance and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to implement strategies and achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of freelance platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of freelancing, client communication, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for report preparation.
- Ability to work onsite during the specified hours (1 AM to 10 AM).
