Qualifications:

M.Sc (Hons) in Agronomy or Entomology

Minimum 2 years of experience in a seed company and must have local trade experience.

Strong knowledge and understanding of agricultural practices and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for agriculture and commitment to driving positive change in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and provide technical expertise in agronomy or entomology

Develop and implement innovative agricultural solutions to improve crop yield and quality

Collaborate with farmers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations

Conduct training sessions and workshops for farmers on best agricultural practices
