It Support Officer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Officer located in Karāchi. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical assistance and support, and maintaining computer systems. Other responsibilities include hardware and software installation and configuration, performing routine maintenance tasks, and monitoring system performance to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualification: Intermediate / Certifications

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company

Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Testing new technology
