Requirements And Skills:
• MCS/BCS or equivalent to 1.5 to 2 years of IT experience preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge of network topologies, active directory,
• DHCP, DNS and other Servers related services
• Effective team-building skills
Responsibilities:
• Provide end users client support of desktop and network
▪ Troubleshoot system hardware & software issues including operating systems and network topologies
▪ .Configuration of network printers, wireless routers, and others network attached devices
▪ Support various services such as video conferencing and online meetings
▪ Schedule maintenance of IT equipment and network
• Manage inventory & documentation of IT assets
