Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team at Alfonick International. This role requires a solid technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive our IT initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective IT operations.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the security of the company’s IT infrastructure and data through robust security policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Oversee all IT systems and applications' installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Manage IT budgets, including cost control and allocation of resources.
  • Ensure timely and effective troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • DAE in IT or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
