Icon Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Officer/Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who enjoys working with technology and helping others.

Responsibilities:

· Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving issues related to: Hardware, software & network connectivity problems and security concerns and troubleshooting.

· Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.

· Manage user accounts and permissions across various systems and applications.

· Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and policies.

· Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

· Support remote users through various communication channels, including phone, email, and remote desktop tools.

· Managing CCTV DVR/NVR camera configuration deployment and managing the recording data.

· Manage and configure Firewall.

· Manage & configure VOIP phones.

· Installation and configuration of server.

· Manage & maintain the attendance machine.

· Manage the quick books software.

· Ensuring procurement requests are filed in time for users to avoid any unnecessary delays.

· Document IT processes and procedures, ensuring a clear and accessible knowledge base for internal use.

· Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies, ensuring the company remains ahead of the curve.

· Collaborate effectively with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while dealing with employees and addressing technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Computer Sciences, Engineer or Equivalent Degree.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or similar role (At least 2 Years).
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including networking principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in using remote access tools and other IT support software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
