Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
🖥️ 2 – 3 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration.
🌐 Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure management.
📞 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for resolving technical issues.
🕘 Availability to work in USA time zone hours.
