Qarshi Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Lahore. This role is ideal for tech-savvy individuals with strong troubleshooting and support experience, looking to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure the availability of LAN/WAN networks.
• Install operating systems and application software.
• Manage and troubleshoot File Servers, Printers, Antivirus Systems, and Active Directory under supervision.
• Recommend and implement enhancements/modifications to the existing LAN/WAN and hardware infrastructure.
• Handle the installation, repair, maintenance, and upgradation of computer hardware, software, and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software problems both on-site and remotely.

Requirements:

• Education: BS in IT or CS.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support.
• Certifications: Microsoft or Cisco certification is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong troubleshooting & support skills.
• Proficiency in operating systems.
• Sound understanding of networking protocols.
