It Support Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 at Packages Group located in Lahore. The 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and taking care of customer support. The Support Engineer will also be responsible for supporting different operating systems and providing excellent customer service.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

· Experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and customer support.

· Knowledge of different operating systems.

· Excellent communication skills and empathy towards customers.

· Problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Experience in a similar role or customer service role is a plus.
