Description:
TCS is looking for an IT Service Desk Support Officer to join our team at the Italy Visa Office in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and IT support to employees, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT-related issues efficiently.
💻 Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
🔧 Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions.
📞 Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in person.
🔍 Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues as needed.
🖥️ Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, networking devices).
📊 Document IT issues and solutions for future reference.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔ 1-2 years of experience in IT support/service desk roles.
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
