It Sales Representative

 

Description:

As a Telemarketer at Tinktanc, you will play a key role in generating leads and driving revenue for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone and promote our products and services. You will work closely with our Marketing team to identify and nurture leads, ultimately converting them into satisfied customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Tinktanc's products and services.

·      Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their value.

·      Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening.

·      Collaborate with the Marketing team to transfer qualified leads and support the sales process.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead progress in our CRM system.

·      Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

·      Continuously improve your telemarketing skills and product knowledge through training and self-guided learning.

·      Provide feedback to the Marketing team to help refine messaging and targeting strategies.

 

Qualifications:

·      Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred.

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Confidence and a persuasive demeanor with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.

·      Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets.

·      Excellent time management and organizational skills.

·      A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
