Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing complex IT projects, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are clearly defined and met.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate project resources, including third-party vendors, consultants, and internal team members.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Manage project change requests and ensure they are documented and communicated appropriately.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with experience managing data center or cloud infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
