Description:

PRG Pakistan, a leading medical billing company, is looking for a highly organized IT Project Coordinator to join its IT department. The ideal candidate will manage project activities, schedules, and resources while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Organize project activities, timelines, and resources.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

Communication & Meetings:

  • Facilitate project meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Support stakeholder communications and change management.
  • Ensure clear communication across diverse project teams.

Budget & Vendor Management:

  • Monitor project budgets and track expenditures.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee deliverables.

Risk & Resource Management:

  • Identify and escalate risks and issues.
  • Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Professional English proficiency (verbal & written).
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and business writing skills.
  • Experience communicating across different organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Strong organizational & documentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and terminology.
