PRG Pakistan, a leading medical billing company, is looking for a highly organized IT Project Coordinator to join its IT department. The ideal candidate will manage project activities, schedules, and resources while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Coordination:
- Organize project activities, timelines, and resources.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
✅ Communication & Meetings:
- Facilitate project meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Support stakeholder communications and change management.
- Ensure clear communication across diverse project teams.
✅ Budget & Vendor Management:
- Monitor project budgets and track expenditures.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee deliverables.
✅ Risk & Resource Management:
- Identify and escalate risks and issues.
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning.
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
✅ Technical & Soft Skills:
- Professional English proficiency (verbal & written).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and business writing skills.
- Experience communicating across different organizational levels.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Strong organizational & documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and terminology.
