Description:
The Role: The On/Offboarding coordinator will be responsible for receiving On/Offboarding requests from hiring managers. He/she will coordinate the On/Offboarding activities of new and transitioning employees. The On/Offboarding analyst will work under the On/Offboarding Manager to compile and report analytics to improve the current process.
The Career Opportunity: Initiate, coordinate, and monitor new and existing employee on/off boarding activities with involved departments (i.e. Provisioning of ids for intranet, etc., equipment, telephones, security access cards). Report to the On/Offboarding Manager, successes and failures in the process so improvements can be made.
