Description:
Standardize enterprise on/off boarding processes within the firm. Reduction of costs and time to implement hardware/software to employees. Continual improvement of the On/Offboarding process.
The Career Opportunity: Initiate, coordinate, and monitor new and existing employee on/off boarding activities with involved departments (i.e. Provisioning of ids for intranet, etc., equipment, telephones, security access cards). Report to the On/Offboarding Manager, successes and failures in the process so improvements can be made.
