Ali Medical Centre is actively seeking a skilled IT Officer to join their team. This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and the ability to maintain high standards in IT support within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rebuild and maintain existing hardware, peripherals, services, and storage to meet operational requirements.
• Administer servers, desktop computers, and printers.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Perform daily system monitoring, ensuring the integrity and availability of IT infrastructure.
• Apply OS patches and perform regular upgrades.
• Create system images and manage data restoration.
• Conduct daily IT rounds and complete checklists.
• Implement IT SOPs and procedures effectively.

Qualifications:

• DAE (IT) or Bachelor's in Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations.
