Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager (Infrastructure) to lead and manage IT operations at our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and ensuring IT strategies align with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Exchange, Office 365, and network devices.
- Oversee Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Implement and monitor advanced cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with regulations (GDPR, SAMA).
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure smooth technology usage.
- Lead IT budgeting, policy development, and team management.
- Drive DevOps practices and automation using tools like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Collaborate with GCC vendors for procurement and support.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in IT management or related roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Azure, AWS, CompTIA Security+, CCNA/CCNP, VMware.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proven track record in IT strategy, project management, and digital transformation.
