Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and mentor a high-performing internal IT support team. Delegate effectively, foster collaboration, and inspire a results-oriented culture.
- End-User Support: Deliver exceptional support to developers across the globe, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. Manage help desk operations and ensure SLA compliance.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee and optimize internal IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and security systems. Proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Tech Strategy & Innovation: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's global development initiatives. Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
- Budget & Procurement: Manage internal IT budget effectively, securing cost-effective solutions and negotiating with vendors.
Requirements
Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field 5+ years of experience in IT leadership and operations.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful IT teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows and challenges in a global setting.
- Strong technical skills in network administration, infrastructure management, and security.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Budget management and procurement experience.
