The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and managing various aspects of our IT infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. We are looking for ideal candidate who can support us in these tasks:
- Provide technical support for system issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Ensure and secure backups of organizational email systems and assist in data recovery when required.
- Support and maintain VMware hypervisor environments, ensuring optimal performance of virtual machines.
- Maintain and monitor backups using Veeam, verifying integrity and performing test.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory.
- Manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP servers to ensure seamless network operations.
- Assist in managing and optimizing cloud hosting environments, ensuring data security and resource efficiency.
- Configure, manage, and monitor the pfSense firewall for enhanced network security.
- Manage and support network storage solutions, ensuring performance and availability.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network routing and switching configurations to optimize performance.
- Support IT security protocols, monitor incidents, and assist in maintaining secure operation.
- Manage Linux and Windows Server 2016 environments, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Configure and manage VPN solutions to support secure remote access for users.
- Provide technical assistance to remote users to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and maintain multi-domain email servers, ensuring reliable communication.
