Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure reliability.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption protocols.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing IT-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades or enhancements to IT systems and infrastructure to improve efficiency and meet business needs.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement IT projects and initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are advantageous.
• Proven experience as an IT Executive, or similar role.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities to lead a team and coordinate IT activities.
