Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer Level 2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with computer hardware, networking, VoIP phones, switches, and routers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and hardware issues
- Configure and maintain network equipment, VoIP phones, switches, and routers
- Research, diagnose, and resolve technical problems
- Provide technical advice to customers via email and phone
- Monitor and maintain VoIP systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments
- Perform regular maintenance on all systems
Requirements:
- Experience with computer networking and VoIP systems
- Must have knowledge of switches and routers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English
