Motive is looking for an iOS Mobile Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing and managing our flagship mobile driver app. This role requires an expert in Swift and MVVM architecture, with experience in building high-performance, offline-first mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Feature Development – Develop and enhance features for the iOS Motive Driver App using Swift.
🔹 System Optimization – Improve existing functionalities such as GPS tracking (Geofencing), Bluetooth, and Camera APIs.
🔹 Product Collaboration – Work closely with the product team to refine feature specifications.
🔹 Backend Communication – Coordinate with backend engineers on API requirements and refinements.
🔹 Bug Identification & Resolution – Analyze user data, diagnose issues, and optimize app performance.
🔹 Support & Maintenance – Assist the support team in troubleshooting user issues.

Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in iOS mobile app development.
✔️ Proficiency in Swift, UIKit, AlamoFire, and Reactive Programming.
✔️ Experience with Version Control Systems (Git, Mercurial, etc.).
✔️ Strong understanding of MVVM architecture and software design patterns.
✔️ Previous experience working on iOS apps (bonus if shipped to Apple Store).
✔️ Mentorship experience in code reviews and technical guidance is a plus.
