Description:
Objective: To deliver exceptional customer service by managing inbound/outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment with IMARAT Group’s real estate and investment services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Advisory
Professionally handle inbound/outbound calls, providing accurate information on IMARAT’s real estate projects, investment opportunities, and services. o Advise customers on property investments, payment plans, and ROI expectations.
2. Problem Resolution
Resolve complaints related to bookings, payments, or project timelines, escalating complex cases to relevant teams (e.g., Sales, Legal).
3. Record Management
Log interactions in the CRM system, ensuring precise records of customer preferences and transaction histories.
4. Sales & Lead Support
Generate leads for new projects and follow up on investment inquiries.
Promote upselling opportunities (e.g., premium plots, commercial properties).
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Adhere to scripts, policies, and regulatory guidelines for real estate transactions.
Achieve KPIs: 85%+ customer satisfaction
6. Collaboration & Reporting
Share customer feedback with Marketing/Sales to refine offerings.
Weekly reporting on lead conversion rates and common inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Pakistan’s real estate market; certification in financial advising (e.g., CIFA) is a plus.
